Bad managment!

So Vodacom in Menlyn takes some peoples temp when they walk in and some not. How is that fair? Plus my real problem is that they want me to write with a pen 50 people before me used? Not very smart? My mom went in before me when there was no one at the door so she didnt write so why the hell must I? AMANDA the "assistant manager" says they have to protect everyone. How is that protecting everyone if some dont write and those who do write all use the same pen?
