BAD MANAGEMENT IN VODACOM WESTGATE MALL

vodacom westgate is careless and does nt resolve complains i sent a complain on the 27/05/2025 even today the head office called and westgate mall vodacom manager called me and promised to give me feedback on the issue and refund nothing happened is this how costumers are treated Guys

This issue will not end unless ended i cant go for esim and an *********** consultant failed to carry the instruction and charged me for failing to help me THEY SAY THE BUSINESS HAS REP**** PRIVATELY IS A LIE .
