Bad internet connection

If it's not bad customer care, it's your worse than ever network coverage in my area!!! It doesn't help me to complain to customer service as you'll just ignore it or shift blame to me!!! Several times I've noticed bad or slow or both internet connection in my area!! Even whatsapp tells me of the bad connection during a whatsapp call!! Seriously Vodacom you just want to make money from customers hard earned money and NOT serve the customers like you're supposed to. I'm sick and tired of the bad service!!! Vodacom should be ashamed! I demand to speak to your ceo, Shameel Joosub!! Maybe he can at least assist me or for once see the bad service! This in bloemfontein!!!
