Bad installation of silicone screen protector

I visited Canal Walk vodashop in order to purchase a durable cover and have a silicone screen protector cut for my Samsung Galaxy s20. I went for options that offered my maximum protection for my device.

I've used this store on plenty occasions as I have always received great service and have had silicone covers cut for my previous devices and have never had a problem.

This time around however, I was not as fortunate as my phone had an accidental drop, which resulted in a crack in my screen. I could not understand why due to both the hard cover and silicone screen protector, but upon closer examination I realised that whomever had cut and placed the cover, had not covered the entire area of my screen, and there were gaps between my phone cover and where the silicone protector ended, thus making my device vulnerable.

I now have a splintered screen :(

I trusted your services and you failed me Vodacom. Are you willing to come to the party and correct it?
