Bad infrastructure + Vodacom = Perfect storm

This review is probably going unnoticed but im writing it anyways. Vodacom business 4g or "LTE" as they call it ,does not work at all. We logged complaints got a different router (started with a usb ****le and a wifi router that work together, yes you read that correctly) as they determined the fault was there, needles to say the new router (TP Link) worked well for a few months but then it started losing the 4g signal more frequently, the complaint logging also started accordingly from my side because we are paying for something that does not work, after numerous complaints and fruitless phone calls they desided to send a antenna (Poynting omni) that actually made the signal worse. Im now, months after everything stuck with this 24month contract that does nothing for me . The speed at the moment is so slo with the highest jitter rate ive ever seen in my life , a smoke sigal can do a better job at sending and recieving signals, Im getting fibre, and no not from Vodacom, id rather get me a mail ***eon than do any more business with them. If it is a case of 4g coverage or cell towers not in range, then update your coverage map and education your staff to not sell and premote products to areas that clearly dont support it, and fyi my phones 4g from vodacom (the non business one) gets lightning fast speed(comparing by standing next to the router), the exact opposite of the business 4g, like whats up with that!?...also aside from all the above , the router lost its 2.4ghz wifi band it does not exist , nothing shows up on wifi scans and with them having exclusive access to the router portal im unable to try and fix the problem or trouble shoot at the very least, I understand its preventative in a way that settings are not changed accidentally, but my previous vodacom contract gave me full access to my huawei router so the fact that they locked me out of this one does not make sense and Im not a caveman i know my way around networking hardware...so yeah thats my rant, take it or leave it, but be warned and informed.
