bad horrible worst service ever

After been with vodacom for so many years I don't believe I deserve the kind of treatment I received. I upgraded to an LG G3 hardly six months ago and the phone Gave me no joy. Its gets terribly hot as if its about to explode and re boots itself every other second. I took it to vodaworld midrand three times but it still comes back the same way. Its so bad that when I picked up I switched it on in front of their technicians and it still didntj work.what am I paying R570 for because I spent a month and a half without a phone. This is nonsense and am tired of complaining. I will stop the debits at the bank. After over 9years with them this is how they treat me. I don't have a phone as we speak and am not using those stupid loan phones again when I pay so much. To hell maaaaan tjessesss
