Bad Home internet

Vodacom is just is bad, I received my Home Router package which is supposed to give me 30mbps. The connectivity was fine just for few days after that I have I’m only getting below 5mbps.

Now it’s the third month having slow speed, and I have made numerous calls but no resolution. I’m so disappointed in Vodacom 🙁🙁
