Bad follow-up service with promises and no results

Terrible service with no follow-up. I have to phone to try to get and answer and the problems is still not resolved. Even spoke to manager and he also is not up to standard. If they log a ticket, it gets closed the same day with no resolution of the problem. Just trying to look good on their side.
