Bad Feed back to sort my problem NOT SORTED YET !!

on the 26 / 05/ 2015 i Lodge a complaint withe the business call center i received computer generated feedback on the 27/ 5/ 2015 the 1/6/2015 and the 6/6/2015<br> all the messages read that i will receive a call from Theo from the call center it the investigation to mu problem are resolved put up-to date i have not received 1 phone call<br> my compliant are still not resolved can any body give me a number of any manager at the customer care department that can make dissensions and sort my problem Please !!!~<br> <br> <br>
