Bad experience with VODACOM
To say I'm disappointed with VODACOM will be an under statement the experience I got with them is very bad I had a phone contract with them back in 2019 but all the time when I try to close/cancel the contract I'm told it will be bad for my credit score I have called there call center several times with no luck I even went to east rand mall Vodacom and carnival mall I was told I must call to cancel the contract😭😭 now they have increase my installment while I'm unemployed please assist my phone broke back in 2021
