Bad Experience received from VODACOM
Just renewed my contract but won,t deliver phone because they expect me to give my Banking details to a complete stranger (Skynet Couriers) . Otherwise I have no , so called , PROOF OF RESIDENCE . But I can collect at Vodacom Shop without any Proof ?? What stupidity is this ??
