Bad experience ever. I want them to clear my name so that I can have peace of mind and they must stop the debit order because I cannot pay for something that I don't have and it's their staff/consultant who made a mistake not me. We have agreed on 2 lapto

Last month I went to Vodacom store at Tzaneen and wanted two laptops that were on contract they said they will order as they don't have stock in the store, I told them I will send my sister to come and collect as I was leaving for work. Later on I called my sister to check if she has collected and she said yes but it's 1 instead of 2, I told her to return it immediately as the lady that assisted me didn't do what we agreed on. Two days later I went again to Vodacom store near my work place and they told me I can't do another contract with them because my account has been handed over to their legal team. Few days later I was surprised to see a debit order going through from Vodacom then it reversed due to insufficient funds. I called Vodacom and I was told that I have been handed to their legal team because I am a bad payer, I asked that how can I pay for something that we didn't agree on and don't have at the moment. I went back to the store again to ask the lady who assisted me to clarify the situation as I didn't understand, she told me it's their procedure but she will sort it out, after few days I went again to do a follow up, I found another lady and told me it's sorted but to my surprise they have debited me again. So I don't understand anymore and I am so disappointed with Vodacom.
