Bad experience at Vodacom shop Malelane.
When visiting your shop in Malelane today (20/9/'24) for advice regarding a problem with WhatsApp for my grandson's cell phone (my old phone given to him, with a new Vodacom sim card), we were assisted by Lucas ***). He advised me to first download the 'Share it' app to transfer my WhatsApp from mine to my grandson's phone. He also informed me that I have to pay for using the WiFi in shop!!! Unbelievable!!! When that wasn't successful, he approached another female (technical) employee in the shop who informed us to NOT to use the 'Share it' app, because it not being safe! 🤔 I was VERY surprised that she then told me (a Vodacom customer for approx 30 years ....) that I will be charged R250 to have this fixed by her? After firstly being wrongfully advised by Lucas and then to be charged for the service (doubtful if successful...) I opted not to go ahead with it and needless to say that I left the shop as a VERY unhappy customer!
