Bad Experience at Vodacom Chatz at Greenstone Mall in Modderfontein

I went to the Vodacom Chatz store at Greenstone Mall in Modderfontein on Sat 24 Aug 2019 after 4pm to sign up a 100GB data sim contract for 24 months. I was informed that my application was rejected on Tuesday, 27 Aug 2019. Today, 29 August 2019, I received an SMS saying my data sim contract application has been approved. I wonder how that happened!! Then I called Vodacom Customer Care immediately and they told me that a 20GB data sim contract has been approved today. Vodacom has approved the contract that I never apply for. Tried contacting the Greenstone Mall Vodacom Chatz store (want to speak to the Store Manager, Joan) and the Consultant (Mandy Mboxwana) many times today to find out what's happening but no luck at all. I need Vodacom to stop processing the unapp**** contract and remove my profile on Vodacom system completely. It's a waste of time to sign up any contract with Vodacom!!

It's BL again. I went back to the Vodacom Chatz shop at Greenstone Mall today at 3pm and managed to speak to the Shop Manager Joan. You won't believed that it was the Shop Manager, Joan's decision to choose another data package on my behalf without my acknowledgement. Joan said she is doing the right thing to get me qualify to the higher package in future. Yes, from the Business point of view she is doing the right thing to retain more business but as a customer, this is unacceptable. I'm feeling unsafe to leave my personal details at Vodacom database especially banking details. You never know they will starting deducting your account for a new contract that you never apply for!
