Bad experience
Hey. I like to share my experience with vodacom, im not happy more in particular with how they renew contracts. A ******* walked into the vodacom branch in umthatha 2 weeks ago and renewed my contract and took 2 to other phones, a samsung s9 and an i phone x. Now what i want to knw is how the store allowed it without confirming on top of that i cant even get assistance and they cant even give me a reference or a case number because i stay in Newcastle and cant drive all the way to umthatha for this to be resolved, because i do not want to renew my contract of which iv been paying R201. Now they forcing me to pay R2970. Pm.
