Bad disgusting Vodacom

I have been having terrible experiences with Vodacom with regards to my airtime,diminishing from my phone,for the past 3 months i have been having airtie issues where you buy airtime adn make a short call or two,then the airtime is gone,they keep telling me that its internet,i have all my apps closed except for Whatsapp as i have data for it,todays story was i must block data,if i dont have data nothing will come off,i did that and guw=ess what i still lost airtime,when i called again,all i was told is they will log a call,in the meantime i am losing aritime which is money and no one cares,i am so tired of Vodacom,because we complained about data charges being too high,they making up for it by taking our airtime and charging ridiculous tariifs on making calls
