Bad Disgusting Service

The Vodacom team is so ***********, I went to report my sister's ****** phone on Sunday at the store. The guy in at their store was very helpful, we needed the ITC number and waited on their line for hours nobody picked up. I asked for their help on their customer service twitter account, I still have not received feedback after multiple follow ups how ***********!!!!!
