Bad, Disgusting and ******* service

I must say vodacom has poor service, iv been waiting on a written apology after the bad service I got @vodacom jabulani shop this happened on the 31st August when went to insure a phone which was bought makro online and phone was delivered on Wednesday which was the 28th of August this phone is a Huawei P30 lite when it got delivered it had a Vodacom sticker on the box which says it all that it's a product of vodacom. So I got to jabulani Vodacom and waited for 20 Mins and when I got to a consultant since he was honest and said he will ask as his not clued up with insurance he then asked 2 of his colleagues and they said they can't insure the phone I must go to Makro, I asked why would makro insure a phone as it's a store that sells? Even after I had the phone box with me to show them the sticker I was still sent away like a Dog... I called makro and makro said vodacom should have assisted me I ended up calling vodacom customer care insurance department and was told the walk in store could have assisted me. I'M highly irrate at how customers are treated as yet they have walk in stores worse when I went the 2nd time a different lady was able to assist me after filling out the forms at the very same store I was declined help as a customer..... Few days later I was called by vodacom Insurance and was told they cant insure only the phone I must have a Vodacom sim card as well this is a joke so a cellphone is not enough since it's your product now you forcing customers putting them in a corner to change networks why don't you just sell your phones to customers who use your network I'm fed up to the core. 1stly I'm awaiting and expect a written apology from the jabulani branch and secondly vodacom to consider customers who buy they phones and yet don't use they network coz this seems like you forcing customers to use your expensive network ******* service...
