Bad digital customer experience with Vodacom!

I contacted 082135 on December 8 at 14:54 to update my email, postal, and residential addresses in a 17-minute call. I was assured that my work email address doesn't reflect anymore and that I'll only receive emails at my personal email address. However, today, December 9, at 09:49, I received a marketing email to my work email address. The fine print says, "You are receiving this email because you are a customer of Vodacom and have previously indicated that we may contact you with exclusive special offers which may be of interest to you. To unsubscribe please click here". When I clicked on the unsubscribe link, I received an error with technical information. It will take up too much space if I paste it here! Therefore, my unsubscribe request was unsuccessful. I then emailed *** at 10:31 and received an auto-reply with the reference number 002EGaHRS19JVPDF telling me this service has been moved to our TOBi support channels. I used the My Vodacom app to chat with TOBi. I got a callback from a Vodacom human, Thando, at 11:14. In our 27-minute call, I was told that she couldn't update the system and remove any traces of my work email address from my profile, but her supervisor, Thandeka Zwane, could. She gave me her email address incorrectly; after spelling it out several times and confirming that she gave me the correct email address, I received an undelivered email notification at 12:10. Please, can someone competent urgently call me to get this sorted out? I do not want anything from Vodacom to be emailed to me at any of my work email addresses: ***, ***, or ***. Please only use my personal email address, ***. PS: My digital ID on the My Vodacom app reflects my work email address, although the notification email address is my personal one. However, I can't change the digital ID. This may be why I still get Vodacom emails to my work email address.
