BAD DEPT

After being under dept review since 2011 Vodacom / Capital Data NOW want to tell me that I have 2 accounts - They demand that I pay the second account before I can get a paid up letter to remove my name from dept review. I have paid the account that was handed over in 2011 in full but now they state that I have another account with them. They must think I'm stupid. After 3 years your debt can be classified as prescribed if not paid.....I did not acknowledge the dept in 2011 why would I acknowledged it now. When I was placed under dept review why did they not state then that I had more then one account? I will take this matter up with my legal advisers.....
