Bad debit orders

I've been having the worst experience with Vodacom the pass month, due to them being incapable, my credit record has to suffer a little. I re-entered a date for a debit order to go off my account. Absolutely nothing went off, and now my account is still in the minus, with a ***** of something bad on my credit record. I'd like this matter resolved instantly.
