bad day

<p>I was not happy with service I received at the middelburg Vodacom Shop, I called a few day ago to find out if they can fix my phone ( a contract phone that is insured) and I was told to come to the shop as they can not give such info over the phone. I drove there today only to be told to go the witbank Vodacom Shop, Kim didn't even look at when helping me/ telling that, is that the kind of service I must expect in vodashops? Am I really expected to go to witbank and why was i not told over the phone?</p>
