Bad customers service from Vodacom
On 23August I phoned Vodacom call center to tell them I had bought and logged airtime for R275 both on Thursday and Friday but it wasn't reflecting and I therefore couldn't make phone calls. The call center agent and her team leader, said that they will log a call with the technicians and the team leader proceeded to say that she will give me a call on Monday afternoon at 1pm to get feedback. It is now 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive a phone call however Vodacom is sitting with my R550, this is supposed to be a big company that follows CPA religiously and this is how they treat their clients.
