Bad customer treatment

There was migration on Friday 17/04/2026 and we understood as every business needs to update their systems. However, my internet has been off since the migration and when I call in to inquire, my query gets escalated and in line without being treated as urgent. We work from home and we had to make arrangements on a Sunday to be able to work today at people's places. Till now, no escalations person has called me to resolve the issue, only the front line lady that I logged my query with, has called me back to inform me that she has escalated as per her process, but it's out of her hand. My irk is, if it's your migration, why punish clients? Why take the normal escalating route when it was YOUR migration? Can't you speed up on the affected clients and just resolve the matter? Vodacom is giving me 100 reasons to leave them daily!!!!! The standard of professionalism at Vodacom has dropped drastically!!!
