Bad customer support for fibre

After 5 years of using Vodacom , we started experiencing issues with the internet. It’s been 4 full weeks of calling Vodacom , going from one agent to the next without being assisted . We are now on day 4 with completely no internet and still no indication or care on how we can get a technician to come out. I wouldn’t recommend anyone from using their fibre . They have Zero customer support
