bad customer servive, unsatified customer

<p>I bought a screen protector for my Sony XA at the Vodacom shop in Middelburg Mall late last year which cost me R299, and as the assistant from Vodacom Middelburg Mall was putting it in I specifically ask her if the glue around the edge of the screen protector wasn't going to come off she said YES but that wasn't the case, and in less than a week the screen protector was out. I called them severall times and they said they would assist me but till today nothing, i called the mananger BILLY to assist me but he told me "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU" than hung up. I've been a loyal Vodacom customer for years now and the service that they gave me is unacceptable even bought two of my tablets there, this is totally unacceptable.</p>
