Bad customer service...No respect for customers

Good day Vodacom I hereby want to lay a formal complaint to Vodacom,Vodashop Bedford centre, JD Pieterse the store manager and Dineo the sales assistant for insulting me and being treated as if they were doing me a favour or I was asking for a free service and undermining my affordability. The efficiency and communication is below zero. I contacted Vodacom Bedford center requesting a contract application. I explained to them that I had done an application online but fortunately they did not have stock of the gold iPhone 12 pro. I spoke to a lady who then transferred me to speak to the manager JD. I explained the same. He advised he would send an application form and so I filled it in and sent all relevant documents requested. I liaise with Dineo who advised I should come in as Vodacom is requesting the shop to make a copy of my ID and send it to them and so I did a week later as I was occupied with other commitments. I kept contacting the store to get progress on the contact application as I was told it only takes 1-4 hours which it took more. Yesterday on the 26/08/2021 I received a call from Dineo that the contact had been approved and I advised I would come and collect the device. Upon arrival at the shop she was busy with another client. I waited patiently fir her to assist me. When she did she requested for my ID document then went to the back. I was then approached by what I assume is the store manager JD who then started interrogating me, he and another lady took my ID and asked me to take off my mask. They scrutinized my face and compared my ID and my face.He then asked me for my drivers license. I advised him I do not have one, he then enquired how to did I geth there i tld him by UBER. In the same breath he said how can i afford such an expensive phone and he needed to do further investigation and verification. He continued to ask for my bank card which I didn't have with me, then I showed him the transactions from my app if needed. I am disappointed in the treatment I received from the store during this woman's month of August. Is it because i'm a young black woman who doesn't have a car? They think I cannot afford an iphone 12 pro after I sent them all my documents. Is it a vodacom requirement to have a driver's license in order to be able to possess an iphone. Maybe is it because I had a baby in my hands and they looked at me and undermined my affordability. The audesity for the store manager to tell me that he doesn't think I can afford such a phone after he's seen all my documents is insulting. I then left the store but then returned as I felt I was belittled and undermined. The clients that arrived after me were being assisted courteously with no concerns. I then spoke to Dineo and enquired why such as i received verification has been done and all and advised i could, i told her im also at work and she said i arrived late which was a surprise as when she called i enquired what time the store closes and she said at 6pm. I then enquired why am i being treated in this manner she then continued to say that i am now giving her an attitude I was shocked by the remark and said no shes giving me an attitude and not assisting me as a client. The employees of vodacom in that store are definitely not ambassodors of the vodacom name. They treated me as an option and not as a valued client. I find myself reasoning that i have been interrogated by them just because i'm a young black woman who owns her own company and app**** for their services but because if they doubt after they told me to collect the phone and started judging me by my apprearance and not having other things and actually managed to ask me how i can afford such a phone? Is this the normal procedure that vodacom follows before they issue phone contracts or is it just for iphone contracts? They isulted me and my affordability, the staff at the shop, the sales assistant Dineo including the store manager JD judged me according to my appearances and what they assumed to be my financial situation. I am a director in my own company Azwifani Projects T/A ZenAuto which I work for and employ further individuals. The company can afford to pay me a decent salary so I am able to make a decision that I can afford an iphone 12 pro hence i sent my application and relevant documentation and it was approved. I have been discriminated against by Vodashop Bedford centre, the manager JD and the sales lady Dineo. They have insulted and spoken down on me because they don't see fit that I can afford an iphone. Is this the standard procedure that vodacom as an organisation follows for all its clients and is this the sort of treatment that Vodacom gives its clients who request a service from them that i will be paying for? If this is a njorm I further encourage Vodacom and the store to search me on the CIPC database and to be able to satisfy themselves that I do indeed own my own company and further maybe visit our workshop premises at 202 Main street in JHB CBD. Being young black woman who runs a business in South Africa i aim to advocate that we are never looked down on despite how we look, our assets and what we own or don't own, I wont allow to be belittled by a massive service provider as vodacom what i ahve or dont have has nothing to do withJD pieterse but for him to vet that i afford the service that im requesting and provide. Vodashop Bedford center turned to an interogation office where i was made to feel like a ******** in my capacity. If Vodacom appreciates my business I expect a call this morning of the investigation carried out by JD and whether vodacom sees me worthy of being their client or not? If not, may Vodacom advise me that they do not need me to be one of their clients and they would rather I take my business elsewhere.

Theres no respect for customer from vodacom employees at Bedford Centre where they are supposed to be representing the company and the name that has been around for so many years.
