Bad customer service- Vodacom Wonderpark

I am a Vodacom client that went to Vodacom Wonderpark and purchased a screen protector for my Huawei P20 for R250. They fitted the protector and after 2 weeks the screen started to come off from the side of the phone, went to the shop and a Consultant by the name of Koketso efficiently and gladly assisted me with no problem, fitted a new protector. She advised that the protectors sometimes have a trend of coming off after a while. The new protector also partially came off after a week, went back to the shop and the store manager "Dingaan Phakebi" said he cannot assist me as there is a crack on the protector. I then I advised him that YES there could be a crack because if there is a loose protector, clothes or even a bag can hold on to it when taking it out to answer. I received a pathetic response and No assistance from him\shop and would like my protector to be changed or be refunded ... will get it somewhere!!!
