Bad customer service -swim swap

I just want to know how possible is it that one’s number can be deleted on the system same day i want to make swim swap and its not possible , cant you see that there has been transactions on the sim i want my number back as an agent told me to buy another sim go around every bank give new numbers really is that how you guys operate , your service is really bad i must say
