Bad Customer Service Sucks!

Went into Vodacom, Fish Hoek. All consultants were busy with clients which I understand.. One of the consultants were also busy in the back room & came out, looked at me but never greeted or acknowledged that I was there. Stood there for about 5 minutes & no one came to me to say that they are busy & that someone will be with me shortly. The 4th consultant returned from lunch & went into the back room & the door was closed. I then left & went to another shop & returned to find the 4th consultant busy assisting another client. It is not the 1st time I receive bad customer service from this branch. I let it slide the 1st & 2nd time but I refuse to be treated in this manner. It would have cost them nothing to get up from their seats!
