Bad customer service - Snenhlanhla Mbokazi - Attitude!!!!!!!!

Bad service -

My name is Nontokozo Cele, i called vodacom this morning to cancel my contract and the service i received was very bad, the agent who was assisting me, could not even be bothered, if this is the level of customer service Vodacom gives their customers i am happy that i am cancelling... the agent that assisted me is Snenhlanhla Mbokazi.
