BAD Customer service in Protea Glen mall Branch

<p>I had the worse customer service experience today at vodacom protea glen mall branch. I wanted to do a simple sim-swap but I never got any help instead they referred me to maponya mall. They just told me they don't have the sim card and I've already bought sim cards 2 of them 1 at pep n the other 1 in shoprite. I just asked them to help since I've tried doing it myself and they referred me to my nearest branch which was protea glen. Anyway I've switched to MTN. And I was a loyal customer for more than 14 years.</p> <p> </p>
