Bad customer service: I will not be visiting the store ever

I visited the Vodacom store in soshanguve crossing and was assisted by Kgomotso, 50% of the time she was on her phone responding to WhatsApp massages, 20% of the time she was talking to her co-workers and the 30% she gave me she had a attitude. She couldn't help me so she called her to explain my problem and talked with the person for about 5min what irritated me was after the 5min she then handed over the phone to me for the friend to again explain to me (if I wanted to call Vodacom I would have i visited the store for a reason) that is another time wasted. The friend didn't want me to ask any questions i was only allowed to listen to him. POOR SERVICE, TIME WAISTING
