Bad customer service from Vodacom facebook page

Yesterday I bought 100mb facebook data with 50 vodabucks, it didn't work so I send a dm to their facebook the person who was assisting told me the data only works for standard facebook even after asking me for a screenshot 2 times and I told him I use the same data on a daily basis, but he insisted that he can't even assist me with anything
