Bad customer service from Vodacom

Vodacom fibre has the worst customer service. My WiFi has been down for full 7 days without even a communication from them You’re the one who has to inquire then you’re told there’s no ETA for a fix

I wouldn’t recommend Vodacom fibre to anyone
