Bad customer service

I have never experienced such bad customer service from a Vodacom consultant she was very unprofessional, rude and didn’t even think of the customer. I had asked her to speak to someone else and she told me to “hung up and call again or I should just stay on the call and we won’t speak “ is this how you train your agents ? Nombulelo I’m very disappointed I hope the next client doesn’t go through the same thing…
