Bad Customer Service
I am sad with Vodacom service received and disappointed in myself for making Vodacom my no.1 service provider.Seems being a loyal customer really doesn't count.In all my years of being with Vodacom this is the first time I feel it's time to make that change as Vodacom don't seem to be there for their customers.
