Bad Customer service

Vodacom has proven to be more interested in making money then customer care and this was confirmed with my conversation with Themba Xube a manager at Vodacom customer care. My number has been given to someone else without my permission. Last time I checked this is the definition of theft."Theft is defined as the physical removal of an object that is capable of being ****** without the consent of the owner and with the intention of depriving the owner of it permanently" I have been using this number on WhatsApp up until yesterday 08/02/2020. I was un-able to access my WhatsApp today as my number has been de registered from my SIM and given to someone else. I have lost my contacts as I am unable to access WhatsApp. The person that my number has been given to will now receive my personal messages. When raising my concerns with Vodacom customer care the manager Themba Xube was defensive, rude and un helpful.
