Bad customer service ever
Someone tried to do a swim swap in my phone I called the 082 135 number, I tried to speak with Tobi but I could get through to a human. I got supspocioius OTP and it send if I suspect ***** I must call the 135 number but there is no option of I want to talk to someone.
Wow Vodacom 1st you change your tariffs and your *123# pricing without even informing us and now I couldn't get through to your customer service.
