Bad customer service

You are such a joke, please refer to my call 25/09/2 Christopher from billing *********** don't know the product and his story,,,,, Mbhalenhle from retention very rude she doesn't belong there.. she just put me on Mute then hold for a while then hanged up the line just for the mere settlement amount.... can we give people proper training please...
