bad customer service

vodacom services sucks,,i have a fibre with vodacom and i have moved ut of my place and i need them to restall my new router at my new place ,but i cant seem to get it right with them .mind you im still paying my monthly instalment without having internet connection.everyday i call customer service and i still dont get help its been two months now.what should i do now please advice its either i take my business elswhere or you help me out.
