Bad customer service

What kind of organization that does not have a complaints deprtment? They don't even respond to complaints made on this platform. Vodacom does not care about their customers, they only want to take our money. The level of service is so very poor , consultants don't keep to their promises and the customers are sent from pillar to post until you give up. They dont deserve any star.
