Bad customer service
I can't believe the bad service I 'm receiving from vodacom. I have been calling their *** no: from last month wanting to be migrated because I' m no longer working hence I was told I need to pay R700 to activate the migration of which I did today then they are telling the migration was not activated so I need to pay another R700 to activate it I'm no longer working that's why I wanted a lower package I don't have money....
