Bad customer service

I have a contract with vodacom. I took it via game stores. It is the 2 iphone 6s for R400 which they deduct R412 for. One of the phones just went off would not turn on. I took it back to game, they sent it in for repairs early october two weeks later i was asked to collect the phone it still did not work. I took it back to game after two weeks again was asked to collect it and it still did not work now my phone is in for repairs for the third time . I am paying for this phone how disgusting is vodacom service. Its mid November still no phone
