Bad customer service

Vodacom Phoenix plaza customer service is very poor, I went to the shop for help with my rooter.the staff member was standing the front of the shop eating lunch infront of customers standing and waiting for help, a girl saw me but ignored me.after 15mins she spoke to me when explained my problem she called a guy which was the only Indian young boy working in the shop he samething told me that he can't help me he didn't even check my rooter was so rude when speaking told me.He didn't assist me at all said again we can't help you and turned around to his computer.This is disgusting behaviour working at Vodacom using the uniform and telling a customer you can't help them... What kind of training system does Vodacom give they staff at the shop!!!! I have been with Vodacom for years all my contracts and this is how we as customers get treated.
