Bad customer service at vodacom
Called their customer service got through to a lady she was just talking in the background for more then 2min and once she realized that I'm on the line she just asked me what I wanted ,told her about my qry she said she'll call at 06:30 and hung up,called back lady assisted me but refused to call the manager as I wanted to report the disgusting service I got
