Bad customer service as usual...

Useless customer service as usual.. Tried to chat the an agent about an upgrade but the agent did not respond at all and just ended the chat.... waisting my time!!! Why do I even stay with Vodacom, so many times before I was considering quiting my Vodacom contract and moving to MTN... Always getting bad service from Vodacom... really *********** staff when ever you need to talk to someone!
