Bad customer service and no customer service.
Yep just like i thought Vodacom does not give a hoot about their customers. Its now nearly 12 o clock and still no call from Vodacom. Looks like i will have to go and cancel this contract and go over to Cell C instead as i am not getting any response from Vodacom. This is what they do to loyal customers after 15years.
