Bad customer service and false promises

Kindly note that I am not happy with your service as a customer, I made a claim and it was declined, because I took your insurance via telesales I inquired for my call recording. Its been over 3 weeks now waiting for a response. The first consultant I spoke to promised to call me back on the 5th of November 2019 and she never called me back. I called on the 7th of November for a follow up and I was promised a call back once the recording has been received and I never got any call back, I called back again on the 12th for a follow up and I was told the recording is available and needs to be verted by a supervisor and I will receive it before end of business and I never received anything. Called again on the 13th and was told that the call recording needs to be sent to Vodacom for verting and I will received after, called today and I am told that the call recording has been sent to an external auditor and will receive feedback by next week.

I have been **** too by your consultants and its clear that you do not know how to serve you customers, can you kindly look into this cause I am a paying customer who is not satisfied with your service.

And it's over 4 weeks now since I have reported the matter to Vodacom, I am a paying customer who is not satisfied with you service and I hope you will take ownership of your flaws
