bad customer service and bad behaviour from the manager

<p>Good day Vodacom</p> <p> My name is Nthabiseng Patel I reside at protea glen ext. 4</p> <p> my problem is I recently book my cellphone for repairs at Vodacom repairs Jabulani shop 70 vat no: ********** 651</p> <p>Booked date 07/03/2017 10:42 AM the phone was booked by Sediane Hlalele.</p> <p>Reported Fault was line missing/blank flickering scrambled display/backlights.</p> <p>Phone model SM-G532FZKAXFV SAMSUNG I.ME.I NUMBER ********** ********** 9 M.S.N R58HA514B3X</p> <p>Job number ********** 6- ********** 5</p> <p>The problem stated when I went to collect the phone the start button was loose and the phone screen was not intact and all those things were intact when the phone was booked in.</p> <p>The manager then refuse any knowledge of the father damage onto the phone and there was no one who was helping now I am stuck with a damaged phone which was damaged at repairs premises still I haven’t assisted with this problem I am in desperate need of your assistance</p> <p>previous job numbers ********** 0, ********** 1/ ********** 7/ ********** 6</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards,</p> <p>Nthabiseng Patel</p> <p> </p>
